AppCenter License Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement governs your access to the AppCenter catalog, related subscriptions, and activation workflows offered by Vertex Maestro. By creating an account or submitting activation requests, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration data and update it when required.

3. Subscription and Activation

Subscription availability, pricing, terms, and access modes are defined exclusively by the AppCenter API catalog. Activation is subject to administrative approval workflows and may remain inactive until approved.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, bypass security controls, reverse engineer restricted components, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5. Data and Privacy

AppCenter processes account and usage data to provide service functionality, security monitoring, and support operations. Contact data submitted during activation requests is used only for fulfillment and support communication.

6. Availability and Changes

Vertex Maestro may update catalog offerings, terms, features, or workflows at any time. Material legal changes to this agreement may be published with an updated effective date.
